Welcome
Hello friend,
Welcome to Violet. We’re glad you’re here. This document explains the terms that govern your use of our websites, platform, and services. We’ve kept the legal detail necessary for transparency and compliance, but done our best to make it as clear as possible.
1. About Violet and these terms
The websites violet.org.au and violetcares.com (the Platform) and related services - including the Violet Guided Support Program and resources that are provided (together, the Services) are operated by The Violet Initiative Ltd (ACN 143 224 293) and Twilight Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 669 153 539) (“Violet”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms apply no matter how you access Violet (phone, tablet, or computer).
2. Carers and Family Members
We know that people often use Violet with the help of a family member, friend, or caregiver (“Carer”). Sometimes a Carer will access the Platform or Services on your behalf. If you are a Carer, by using Violet you confirm that you are authorised to act for the person you’re assisting, and both you and that person are bound by these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of Violet means you accept the latest version, so please review this page regularly.
